Caroline Pace grew up in Nashville, Tennessee and recently moved to New York, New York to further pursue a career in television. She began making films in middle school during her free time. This hobby continued through high school, and she eventually decided to attend Belmont University to pursue a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Motion Pictures. During Caroline’s tenure at Belmont University, she focused the emphasis of her degree on screenwriting. Caroline was one of the students who helped evolve the program from its infancy into a globally ranked Top 40 film program by Variety in 2019. The content she has written and produced has cumulated over 200,000 views on YouTube alone.

Since moving to New York City in 2021, Caroline has worked in various Production Offices for some of the largest media companies in the world including but not limited to Paramount, Hulu, Comedy Central, Disney, and NBCUniversal. 

In the spring of 2024, Caroline premiered her Off-Broadway directorial debut "The Sleepover Show" to a sold-out crowd at New York's historical Soho Playhouse venue. Following the success of the show, she is taking the show on her first national tour throughout the summer before resuming its original Off-Broadway theatrical run in the fall.
